Our good friends welcomed their sweet baby boy, Dean, seven weeks early at just 2lbs, 15oz. He spent four weeks in the NICU, but was a total champ and now we can happily report that he is home and doing great. He's still a tiny little guy at just over 4lbs, but he is growing each day and making huge strides. We've all been so blessed by this little guy and are so excited that he is at home.
To honor Dean, his parents got a team together for the March of Dimes walk here in town. They raised over $1,300 for the organization. Unfortunately, Dean isn't allowed to be around big crowds yet so he couldn't come, but he had a fun morning hanging out with his grandad while we were all at the walk. It really was a picture perfect day, and we were blessed to be a part of the walk.
